亲爱的同学们：

为进一步加强平安校园、文明校园建设，引导员工树立交通安全意识，营造文明有序的学习生活环境，在此我们向全体员工发出倡议：

一、提升交通安全意识，学法懂法。认真学习《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》《中华人民共和国道路交通安全实施条例》等交通安全法律、法规和规章制度，自觉遵守校园文明公约和校规校纪，树立交通安全法治意识、安全意识和公德意识，做到遵守规则、崇尚文明、珍爱生命，共创平安和谐校园环境。

二、遵守交通安全规范，文明骑行。自觉遵守道路交通安全法律法规，未满18周岁不驾驶摩托车，未满16周岁不驾驶电动自行车。驾驶摩托车、电动车不随意变道、不逆向骑行、不超载超速、不接打电话、不随意鸣笛、不播放高音音响；校园内骑行要佩戴头盔护具、靠右低速行驶、主动避让行人，将车辆停放至指定地点，杜绝乱停、乱放和占道停车，自觉做校园文明交通的倡导者、践行者和宣传者。

三、维护校园安全稳定，从我做起。树立校园主人翁意识，倡导绿色出行，尽量减少校园内摩托车、电动车使用频率，杜绝将电动车、电瓶带入住宅楼、办公楼、宿舍楼内充电。过马路时做到“一慢、二看、三通过”，主动制止违反校园交通规定和存在安全隐患的行为，争做文明校园的参与者、维护者和监督者。

亲爱的同学们，让我们携起手来，从我做起，从现在做起，自觉遵守交通规则，同心共铸平安校园，让文明骑行成为学校一道亮丽的风景线!

Proposal on Xi'an Shiyou University Campus Civilized Cycling

Dear Students,

In order to further strengthen the construction of a safe and civilized campus, guide students to establish traffic safety awareness, and create a civilized and orderly learning and living environment, we hereby issue an initiative to all students:

1. Enhance traffic safety awareness, learn the law and understand the law. Conscientiously study the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China", "Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Implementation of Road Traffic Safety" and other traffic safety laws, regulations and rules, consciously abide by the campus civilization convention and school rules and disciplines, establish traffic safety awareness of the rule of law, safety awareness and public morality, so as to abide by the rules, advocate civilization, cherish life, and create a safe and harmonious campus environment.

2. Abide by traffic safety norms and ride in a civilized manner. Consciously abide by road traffic safety laws and regulations, do not drive motorcycles under the age of 18, and do not drive electric bicycles under the age of 16. While driving motorcycles and electric vehicles, do not change lanes at will, do not ride in the opposite direction, do not overload and speed, do not make phone calls, do not honk at will, and do not play high-pitched audio; Wear helmets and protective gear when riding on campus, drive at low speed on the right, actively avoid pedestrians, park vehicles at designated places, put an end to random parking, random parking and road parking, and consciously be an advocate, practitioner, and model of civilized traffic on campus.

3. Maintaining campus safety and stability starts with ourselves. Establish a sense of ownership on campus, advocate green travel, minimize the frequency of use of motorcycles and electric vehicles on campus, and prevent electric vehicles and batteries from being brought into residential buildings, office buildings, and dormitory buildings for charging. When crossing the road, we should "slow down first; look around then, and go across at last", take the initiative to stop the behaviors that violate campus traffic regulations and cause potential safety hazards, and strive to be a participant, maintainer and supervisor of a civilized campus.
