秋冬季节，风高物燥，气温降低，用电、用火、用气频度高，是火灾隐患的高发期。员工宿舍是校园人员密集场所，消防安全尤为重要。为进一步加强员工宿舍的消防安全工作，预防火灾事故的发生，现将相关事项通知如下：
一、牢固树立“预防为主，生命至上”观念。
1.员工培养管理单位要加强师生安全教育，通过主题班会、专题讲座等方式组织开展用火、用电、用气以及防火、灭火、火场逃生自救等消防安全学习教育。
2.员工培养和宿舍管理单位要加强宿舍的消防安全巡查，经常深入宿舍开展消防安全检查，纠正违规行为，消除安全隐患。
3.全体同学要关注消防安全，学习消防知识，自觉遵守消防安全法律法规和学校的规章制度，积极参与消防安全宣传，进一步增强消防安全意识。
二、宿舍安全用电注意事项。
1.严禁私拉乱接电线、私自拆改电源线路及电气设备。
2.使用的插座、电器、台灯等必须符合国家安全质量标准，发现破损及时更换；电线、插座、电脑等不要安装或放置在床铺等易燃物品上。
3.严禁在宿舍内使用大功率电器和不符合相关安全标准、无自动保护装置的电器设备、劣质电器及消防部门认定为不适合在宿舍使用的其他设备，如电磁炉、电饭煲（锅）、电炒锅、电压力锅、电热杯、电水壶、“热得快”、电暖器、电热毯、烘鞋器、电熨斗、转换插头、豆浆机、煮蛋器、直发器等其他导致超负荷用电和安全系数较低的电加热器具。
4.严禁给电动车“飞线”充电或将蓄电池带入楼内充电。
5.发现充电器、台灯等有发热、冒烟、冒火花、发出焦糊异味等情况，应立即关闭电源开关，停止使用，正确处置。
6.充电设备长时间使用会造成险情，外出务必断开连接电源的设备和关闭所有电源开关，做到“人走灯灭、人走电断”。
三、宿舍内严禁易燃易爆品、明火和做饭。
1.宿舍禁止吸烟。
2.严禁在宿舍内存放酒精、汽油、液化气、烟花爆竹等易燃易爆物品。
3.严禁在宿舍内使用酒精炉、煤气炉、蜡烛等明火和焚烧杂物。
4.宿舍内严禁做饭。
四、爱护消防器材设施，保持疏散逃生通道畅通。
不得损坏、挪用或者擅自拆除、停用消防设施、器材，不得埋压、圈占、遮挡消火栓或者占用防火间距，不得占用、堵塞、封闭疏散通道、安全出口、消防车通道，要保持宿舍楼疏散通道、安全出口畅通。
五、发生火情，正确处置。
留意宿舍楼内的消防器材放置地点，熟悉消防器材使用方法，熟记楼内安全通道及安全出口位置。发生火灾时，应冷静、迅速从疏散通道逃生；第一时间拨打119火警电话，并及时联系保卫处，报警早，损失小。保卫处24小时值班电话：雁塔、明德校区88382110，鄠邑校区81469110。

Ⅰ Firmly establish the concept of "prevention first, life first".
1. The college and management unit should strengthen the safety education of teachers and students, and organize and carry out fire safety learning and education such as fire, electricity, gas, fire prevention, fire extinguishing, fire escape and self-rescue through theme class meetings and special lectures.
2. Colleges and dormitory management units should strengthen fire safety inspections in dormitories, often go deep into dormitories to carry out fire safety inspections, correct violations, and eliminate potential safety hazards.
3. All students should pay attention to fire safety, learn fire protection knowledge, consciously abide by fire safety laws and regulations and school rules, actively participate in fire safety publicity, and further enhance fire safety awareness.
Ⅱ Precautions for safe electricity use in dormitories.
1. It is strictly forbidden to connect wires without permission, dismantle and modify power lines and electrical equipment without permission.
2. The sockets, electrical appliances, table lamps, etc. used must meet the national safety and quality standards, and replace them in time if they are found to be damaged; Do not install or place on flammable items such as beds, such as wires, sockets, computers, etc.
3. It is strictly forbidden to use high-power electrical appliances and electrical equipment that do not meet relevant safety standards, no automatic protection devices, inferior electrical appliances and other equipment identified by the fire department as not suitable for use in the dormitory, such as induction cookers, rice cookers (pots), electric frying pans, electric pressure cookers, electric cups, electric kettles, "hot fast", electric heaters, electric blankets, shoe dryers, electric irons, conversion plugs, soybean milk makers, egg cookers, hair straighteners and other electric heating appliances that cause overload and low safety factor.
4. It is strictly forbidden to charge the "flying wire" of the electric vehicle or bring the battery into the building for charging.
5. If you find that the charger or desk lamp has heat, smoke, sparks, or burnt smell, you should immediately turn off the power switch, stop using it, and dispose of it correctly.
6. Long-term use of charging equipment will cause danger, be sure to disconnect the power supply equipment and turn off all power switches when you go out, so that "the lights go off and the power is off when people go out".
Ⅲ Flammable and explosive materials, open flames and cooking are strictly prohibited in the dormitory.
1. Smoking is prohibited in the dormitory.
2. It is strictly forbidden to store alcohol, gasoline, liquefied gas, fireworks and other flammable and explosive materials in the dormitory.
3. It is strictly forbidden to use open flames such as alcohol stoves, gas stoves, candles, etc., and to burn sundries in the dormitory.
4. Cooking is strictly forbidden in the living room of the dormitory.
Ⅳ Take care of fire-fighting equipment and facilities, and keep the evacuation and escape channels unblocked.
Fire-fighting facilities and equipment shall not be damaged, misappropriated or dismantled or deactivated without authorization, fire hydrants shall not be buried, occupied, or blocked or occupied by fire spacing, and evacuation channels, safety exits, and fire truck passages shall not be occupied, blocked, or closed, and evacuation passages and safety exits of the dormitory building shall be kept unblocked.
Ⅴ In the event of a fire, handle it correctly.
Pay attention to the location of fire-fighting equipment in the dormitory, familiarize yourself with the use of fire-fighting equipment, and memorize the location of safe passages and exits in the building.
